The Problem Solver
Holds everything together. Including quite a lot that isn't hers.
Peaceful Power™ with Ian Simpson
Boundaries coaching and RTT® hypnotherapy for successful women who are tired of keeping the peace by giving themselves away.
Breathe in with the dot. And out.
Sound familiar?
And somewhere along the way, being dependable started costing you.
Yes, of course. Leave it with me.
I'll just do it myself.
It's fine.
Said while your face, shoulders and digestive system all submit a formal complaint. If I don't, who will?
Honestly? It's easier to need nobody.
Then someone asks "What's for dinner?"
… and you bite their head off.
It wasn't the question.
It was the 47 times you said nothing before it.
If nothing changes…
You're exhausted by how quickly you abandon yourself. And frustrated that you keep doing it.
Now
You're coping. Just. Holding it all together, the way you always do… and nobody would ever guess.
Next week
Another yes you didn't mean. Another evening that wasn't yours.
Next month
The resentment gets louder. You're short with the people you love most… then guilty about that too.
Next year
Same pattern, more tired. If you don't stop this, sooner or later your life will stop you.
Now picture this
You pause… and choose your answer, instead of hearing yourself say yes.
Without a twenty-minute apology attached.
It just doesn't get to drive any more.
That's what the free chat is for: working out what's keeping you stuck, and whether this is the way out.
Book a free 30-minute chatSo… what is a boundary?
Everything gets in. Every request, every late email, every "quick favour". You're the dot in the middle, and there's no room left for you.
Nothing gets in. Very safe. Very quiet. Also a bit lonely, because the good stuff bounces off too.
A gate, not a wall. The good stuff comes in. Everything else has to ask first… and you decide.

Seven quick questions. You'll see where your boundaries hold, and exactly where they leak.
It's made for the moments that catch you out, like the yes that should have been a no, or the guilt that hangs around for days.
Add your email at the end to see your result.

The four boundary archetypes
Four ways of keeping yourself safe. They all work… until they don't. Tap a card to see what's underneath.

Holds everything together. Including quite a lot that isn't hers.
Outside-In · Rigid
Got burned. Built a wall. Calls it protecting her peace.
Inside-Out · Porous
Reads the room brilliantly. Then gives it everything she's got.
Inside-Out · Rigid
Delivers. Every time. Stopping is not really her thing.
How it works
The tide comes in. It gets washed away. So you redraw it… that's not failing, that's the job.
Responsive Boundaries
"I can't say no."
"I choose my yes."
Find your limits. Find your words. Then have one honest conversation, without arriving with a flamethrower.
Trust Yourself
"My needs can wait."
"I honour my needs."
We go underneath, to the old belief that keeps overriding you, and change it at the root with RTT® hypnotherapy.
Calm Response
"Say nothing. Then say everything."
"I take calm action."
Settle your body first, so guilt doesn't grab the wheel the moment you do something different.
The programme
A clear method, with a route that's personal to you and what's actually happening in your life.

Session 3
Change the old belief at the root. You leave with a hypnosis recording made just for you.
Session 4
Spot the old story mid-sentence… and choose again.
Session 5
Stay steady through the wobble. Uncomfortable means new, not wrong.
Session 6
Your plan for carrying this on, long after we've finished.
Two sessions in and it's not the right fit? I'll buy the programme back.
Client stories
"Working with you has been truly AMAZING!! I feel really good and energised now, and I am encouraged that I can break free from my old habits. As you pointed out, I had locked myself in my own box. That was an 'aha' moment for me."
"I've been practising my 'I am enough' breathing whilst making my coffee and also when I notice I am shallow breathing. And your surfboard analogy has REALLY changed my thinking!"
"I had just had a good cry after our session. What a release! You are making me feel valued, and helping me to realise my own value. It feels like such a gift to work on this and grow."
"I loved how you not only helped me realise the limiting beliefs that were holding me back, but also guided me through changing them! I LOVED the visualisation exercises."
About me
I spent years helping people because I wanted them to like me… then quietly resenting them for letting me.
Uncomfortable. Also liberating.
Fifteen-plus years in corporate and high-pressure sales showed me every way a boundary gets tested (usually with a very impressive PowerPoint). RTT®, coaching and clinical hypnotherapy showed me how to fix it.

Free. Thirty minutes. You talk, I ask nosy questions, and by the end we'll both know if it's the right fit.
Not the right fit? I'll say so, and point you somewhere useful.
You've been the one everyone relies on for long enough. Time to become someone you can rely on too.
